With 8 years of experience in caregiving and healthcare, Mercy brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to the field of senior care. Their professional background includes:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Providing hands-on, compassionate care tailored to each individual’s needs.
• CPR Certification – Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents through life-saving emergency response skills.
• Emergency Preparedness Planning – Proactively developing and implementing safety protocols for all situations.
• Record Keeping: Part B – Medication Management – Maintaining accurate and compliant medication records to ensure proper administration and resident health.
• Honoring Diversity in Care – Creating an inclusive and respectful environment that embraces cultural, personal, and medical needs.
• Fatal Four Training (for providers serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities – I/DD) – Specialized training in preventing and managing life-threatening conditions such as aspiration, dehydration, constipation, and seizures.
